Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders over Rs 1,999/-

Through a vast network of vendors spread across the country, 99 Authentic assures to deliver your product safely and in the best of the condition within 10 working days. All shipping is done by the vendors.


Track Orders

Once an order is placed, a verification e-mail is sent to the customer’s e-mail id with the tracking details. The customer can check the status of the order, any time by easily logging onto the website of our courier partner and check with a tracking number or You can also call us or email us or chat with us on what’s up and we will be more than happy to assist you.


Cash on Delivery:

For all cash on delivery orders, the shipment will be dispatched only after our representative speaks to you and confirms the order & address with you on the phone. If you have placed an order and haven't received a call yet, please Contact Us.

Return Policy

Return or Cancel the existing order?

If you cancel your order before your product was shipped, we will refund the entire amount. You can call our customer service and ask for a cancellation.

If the cancellation is requested after your product has been shipped, you can do one of the following:

If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.

If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are damage/defects in the product. Apart from condition reserved hereinabove, the products shall not be eligible for return.

Wrong Items delivered

In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please send across a picture of the parcel to us on What’s up to app or Email and we will initiate another order which will reach you within 6-7 working days. If a Refund is required it will be processed.


Order Returned.

In case a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue(s) from the logistics side, a return parcel will be sent within a day of updating of status (Return or lost) on the logistics tracking website. This new parcel should reach you within a week. If a Refund is required it will be processed.

All Food Items are non-Returnable.

It may take upto 7 days for return to reflect in your bank account.

International Order:
